Privacy notice
This notice covers registrations for the Freshservice ITSM Executive Lunch on 19 November 2026, hosted by Rogue Nexus Limited and Starsky (星空智能数码有限公司) with Freshworks.
What we collect
Your name, work email, mobile number, job title, company, company size, dietary requirements, any remarks, and your answers about your current service desk tool, its renewal timing and the topics you want to discuss.
How we use it
To manage your seat, confirm your attendance, plan the table discussions and catering, and follow up with you after the event about the topics you raised. If you ticked the box for future events, we may also invite you to similar executive events.
Who sees it
Rogue Nexus Limited and Starsky as co-hosts, and Freshworks as the event sponsor. Venue staff receive names and dietary requirements only. We do not sell your details.
How long we keep it
For up to 24 months after the event, unless you ask us to delete it sooner.
Your rights
Under the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (Cap. 486), you may ask to see, correct or delete your data, or withdraw from follow-up, by emailing monir.khan@rogue-nexus.com.

聯合主辦機構 Rogue Nexus Limited 及 Starsky，以及活動贊助商 Freshworks。場地職員只會獲得姓名及飲食要求。我們不會出售您的資料。
保存期限
活動後最多保存 24 個月，或按您的要求提早刪除。
您的權利
根據《個人資料（私隱）條例》（第486章），您可要求查閱、更正或刪除您的資料，或停止接收跟進，請電郵至 monir.khan@rogue-nexus.com。
